k1ga Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the k1ga platform (the "Platform"), you ("User", "you", "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and k1ga ("we", "us", "our", "the Operator"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

k1ga reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at k1ga.pro/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to and use of k1ga is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times while maintaining an account.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by k1ga or any other gaming operator or regulatory authority.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or agent of k1ga or any affiliated company, or a close family member of such a person, unless written permission has been granted by k1ga management.

k1ga may request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending compliance review.

To access the full range of k1ga services, you must register a personal account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active k1ga account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Account ownership: k1ga accounts are strictly personal. You may not transfer, sell, gift, or otherwise assign your account or any account balance to any other person.
• Login credentials: You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. k1ga will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
• Accuracy of information: Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• Identity verification (KYC): k1ga operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. You may be required to submit a valid national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, or proof of payment method before withdrawals are approved.

k1ga accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Visa/Mastercard.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 300 across all supported payment methods.
• k1ga does not charge a deposit processing fee. Any fees charged by your payment provider are the sole responsibility of the depositing player.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• k1ga reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used to fund an account.
• Deposits made via cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20) are credited at the exchange rate applicable at the time the transaction is confirmed on-chain.
• k1ga does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.

All funds deposited into your k1ga wallet are held for gaming purposes only. k1ga maintains player funds in accounts separate from operational funds in accordance with its licensing obligations.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• All withdrawals must be made to a payment method in your own name that matches your verified k1ga account identity.
• Before processing any withdrawal, k1ga may require completion of KYC verification, including submission of CNIC, selfie verification, and proof of payment method.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 2 hours for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within 4–8 hours for bank transfers, subject to banking hours.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• k1ga reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, per day, or per week, which may vary by account VIP tier.
• Any withdrawal request that triggers an AML review flag may be delayed pending investigation. k1ga will notify the affected player within a reasonable timeframe.
• k1ga does not charge a withdrawal processing fee for standard withdrawals. Accelerated or VIP-tier withdrawals are processed at no additional cost.

k1ga offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. k1ga reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated as "no wagering". The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the bonus terms at the time of offer.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• k1ga reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be exchanged for cash, transferred to another player, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to matched betting strategies, arbitrage, or use of multiple accounts — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

All casino games, live dealer tables, and sports betting markets offered on k1ga are governed by the following rules:

• All bets must be placed in accordance with the stated minimum and maximum stake limits applicable to each game or market.
• Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the k1ga system, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player.
• In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system malfunction during a game or bet, k1ga's decision regarding the outcome of that game or bet shall be final.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software, independently audited for fairness. k1ga does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up to the point at which a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• k1ga reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where an error in the odds has been identified, or where there is reasonable evidence of match manipulation or integrity violations.
• Maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day may apply and will be communicated in the relevant game or market rules.

k1ga is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all users. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity in a safe and controlled manner:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Changes to deposit limits take effect immediately when reducing a limit, or after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increasing a limit.
• Session time limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality checks: k1ga can send periodic reminders during play sessions showing the duration of your session and net wagering position.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the k1ga platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Opening or operating more than one k1ga account simultaneously or sequentially.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit betting markets.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the Platform without written authorisation from k1ga.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown platform error are void.
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, match fixing, or fraudulent betting activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing k1ga staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

All content on the k1ga Platform — including but not limited to the k1ga brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of k1ga or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the k1ga Platform without the express prior written consent of k1ga. Personal, non-commercial use of the Platform for its intended purpose is permitted subject to these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, k1ga, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption of service, including downtime during scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Technical failures resulting in disconnection during an active game session.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Decisions made by you based on information or odds displayed on the Platform.

k1ga's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

k1ga reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from a competent authority.
• Reasonable suspicion of problem gambling where k1ga deems account closure to be in the player's best interest.

You may close your account at any time by contacting k1ga customer support. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification or compliance review.

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which k1ga holds its gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and k1ga, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting k1ga customer support. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through informal means within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the dispute through the formal dispute resolution mechanism provided by k1ga's licensing authority.

You agree that any formal legal proceedings shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class or collective action. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against k1ga.
